I wouldn't help any of the banks survive until the CEOs were jumping out of the windows. (Like happened during the market crash in 1929)The congress is a bunch of over paid gutless nin-compoops. We need another FDR who said " All we have to fear is fear itself!" Perhaps a young man half white and half black will provide the backbone to allow us to survive.
